Year Round Mini Session
Are you itching to get photos done, but can't commit to a one hour session? This mini session is just what you are looking for!
Sessions can be booked in-home, or at an outdoor location. Mini sessions are great for families, couples, or portraits.
Our session will be 20 minutes long and include ten edited images. Once you receive your gallery, you have the option to purchase extra images as well.
Please note, these sessions are available to clients in Morinville and the surrounding areas.

FAQ
How should we dress for our session?
Firstly, I recommend something that you are comfortable in! Other than that, try to avoid flashy patterns and/or logos. A good rule of thumb is to go with neutral, earthy colours. I am happy to share outfit inspiration with you and help choose outfits if you'd like!
Can we listen to music during our session?
Of course! Music is a great tool to relax and forget the camera is even there. I am happy to bring a speaker to our session!
Do you edit images for a client's specifc style?
Every photographer has a style that they have been perfecting and truly showcases their individual talent. Before booking a session, I ask all my clients to review my work to ensure my editing and posing style is what they are looking for. If I don't believe I can make my client's dream images come to life, I will happily refer you to another photographer who's style is better suited for them.
We don’t feel very confident in front of the camera, is that ok?
That is more than okay! I am going to be your personal hype woman, you will be having so much fun you'll forget the camera is event there! Honestly, most of my clients have told me that they are "awkward" in front of the camera and then they are blown away by how effortlessly amazing they look in their photos!
How many pictures will we receive?
Most hour long sessions receive a minimum of 100 photos. For my year-round mini sessions, you can expect at least 25 images. Typically my galleries are larger!
What’s the best time to have a session?
This really depends on the time of year! If you are looking for really warm, golden hour light, then I recommend we book closer to sunset. But, if we are doing a session in home or in studio, then the more light the better! Typically these sessions are booked in the afternoon.
Do you retouch photos?
All of the images in your final gallery have been edited and minor blemishes (such as annoying pimples or fly-aways) may be removed. I do not change the body shape or size of any of my clients, nor do I do any major skin retouching. I believe photos are truly a gift and are meant to capture us as we are. During our session, I guide my clients into poses that are flattering and comfortable, therefore creating images that you will cherish for years to come!
My kids hate to sit still, will this be an issue during our session?
Not at all! My family sessions are a healthy mix of posed and candid images. This helps kiddos get more comfortable in front of the camera and keeps sessions light and fun! Honestly, some of my best images have been captured when families are just being themselves and interacting with each other instead of posing for the camera.
Can we include pets?
Yes! Please do! Pets are an important part of the family and I love including them in in-home sessions.

Confirm Details
I will reach out to you via email to confirm the session date, time and location. I will also provide a questionnaire to get to know you a bit better!
03.
Contract + Invoice
Once the details are confirmed, I will send you a contract for both of us to sign, along with an invoice. When your retainer has been received, your session is confirmed!
04.
Session + Gallery
Now the fun begins! We have our session and within 2-4 weeks you receive a gorgeous online gallery of all the best images from your session!
